Once you complete your purchase for the custom tuning service from us. So long as all the above requested information is given correctly, you will receive a base map from us as per your information you provided within 1-5 business days of your service purchase (Does not include weekends, on occasion it can take longer depending on current workload). That time frame is the same for tune revisions once tuning has begun.
This base map is what will be used to begin tuning your car. Along with the base map being sent you will also be sent with specific and pretty detailed instructions of what and how to datalog, to expedite and make your experience more pleasurable. All this is done via email, so ensure you use a valid email that you have good access to.
