Twisted Tuning Custom Tunes include 12 months support as long as our Tunes are being utilized.  Our custom tunes are NOT your typical "staged" tunes be offered on the market.  These are custom tailored to your vehicle and to your specific requests.  Don't pay hundreds of dollars for "one size fits all" ECU mapping. Lifetime Support is available beyond our included 12 month support for an Additional $75 (For same unchanged power adders, if power adders is changed, only a small $150 extra map fee will be incurred and lifetime support for those current mods is supported)

Once you complete your purchase for the custom tuning service from us.  So long as all the above requested information is given correctly, you will receive a base map from us as per your information you provided within 1-5 days of your service purchase (Does not include weekends, on occasion it can take longer depending on current workload).  Same turnaround for revisions after datalogs are sent.

Along with the base map being sent you will also be sent with specific and detailed instructions of what and how to datalog, to expedite and make your experience more pleasurable. All this is done via email, so ensure you use a valid email that you have good access to.
